SRS Informatika Kft. operates a Call Center to enhance its service portfolio, providing customer support both in Hungary and neighboring countries. Our service operations are supported by a digital work order system, ensuring transparent, traceable, and efficient processes.

Nationwide Installation Services

We provide preparation and installation of retail IT systems and other technological solutions throughout Hungary, with the involvement of our trusted partner service network. Each step of the process is documented on digital work orders, allowing clients to track the status of the work in real time.

Device Repair and Case Management

Defective devices supplied by our partners are repaired in our own workshop, or, if necessary, forwarded to the manufacturer’s service center. The entire repair process – including fault description, repair steps, and results – is documented digitally, ensuring transparency and traceability.

Extensive Service Network

Our Hungarian service infrastructure consists of eight regional service centers, providing fast and efficient on-site support. The digital work order system enables standardized data management, coordinated workflows, and streamlined customer communication between centers.

International Service Network

Our international service network provides comprehensive IT services for our partners in the following areas:

  • System installation
  • On-site technical support
  • Native-language customer service (Call Center)

The goal of the network is to ensure fast, efficient, and cost-effective operations for our international partners. We use a “single-point-of-contact” communication model, allowing centralized service management and a unified customer experience.
